Jockey launched a revolutionary new volumetric bra and sizing system. The goal was to create a customer experience online that would help educate customers, get them to request a “fit kit” so they could discover their new size, and drive them back to purchase. I creative directed the photoshoot, and executed the digital-first launch across the Jockey website, DRTV website, and email lifecycle.

The landing page was a first step to introduce the bras and the storytelling to the customer.

The collection page featured some storytelling and the shoppable grid, as well as a call-out to get a Fit Kit if a consumer wasn’t aware they’d need their new size.

Further in the funnel, this page was for people to shop the bra and see they needed to get a fit kit for their new, custom sizing; or learn more if they had landed here directly from a search result.

 

EMAIL DESIGN LIFECYCLE

We had a step-by-step email contact plan depending where you were at within the purchase cycle. I proposed the email content strategy and workflow, and designed and coded all emails.
